Founded in 2020 by Christ Doulos, Carole Bell-Doulos, and Suzette Balaskas, The Vault is the perfect combination of history and contemporary. The upbeat setting of downtown balances the old roots of the bank you can still see today.
When The Vault on First was founded we had some key principles that came before anything else. It was important to provide a place where people with allergies are not only welcome but don't have to compromise or worry. We understand the struggles of limited menus and unknowledgeable staff. We pride ourselves on being accommodating and informed so metaphorically you have one less thing on your plate to worry about. We want our pride to extend to our food. We only use wild-caught fish, prime meats, locally raised chicken, and fresh produce.
Besides the food being delicious and available to everyone, we wanted to create an atmosphere that brought together the history of downtown with its trendiness. As we grow we hope to offer more to our community like a rooftop herb garden and more.
