Who We Are

When The Vault on First was founded we had some key principles that came before anything else. It was important to provide a place where people with allergies are not only welcome but don't have to compromise or worry. We understand the struggles of limited menus and unknowledgeable staff. We pride ourselves on being accommodating and informed so metaphorically you have one less thing on your plate to worry about. We want our pride to extend to our food. We only use wild-caught fish, prime meats, locally raised chicken, and fresh produce. “
